Torrey Pines Golf & Reserve – La Jolla, California

Torrey Pines Golf Course, high above the Pacific Ocean on the towering cliffs of Torrey Pines, is a must visit for golf lovers coming to San Diego, and renowned as one of the top golf courses in California. The views across the ocean and the coastline are just incredible, so even if you aren’t a golf lover, this is just such a beautiful place to come and visit. Opened in 1957, it was built on the site of Camp Callan, a U.S. Army installation during World War II. Torrey Pines has two 18-hole courses, North and South, designed by William Francis Bell. This is a municipal golf course, owned by the city of San Diego and it is open to the public.

Coyote Canyon Trail Overland Adventure! - Jeep OHV 4x4 - Coyote Creek, Winter Wildflowers, Anza Borrego Desert State Park, San Diego County, Southern California.  Join me for an epic overland adventure to Coyote Creek in the Anza Borrego Desert State Park, in eastern San Diego county, Southern California. This is one of the most pristine and beautiful desert wilderness areas I have ever seen, and is only accessible beyond the first few miles by high clearance 4 wheel drive vehicles. The northernmost area of Borrego Springs is the entry point to Coyote Canyon for vehicle traffic, and the winter wildflowers are starting to bloom over the open fields.

Bellport in Spring – Gardening, Seafood, Wine & Childhood Memory Triggers - New YouTube Video Out Now!

New video now on YouTube!  I enjoyed sharing my late-summer trip to my favorite East Coast beach town: Bellport, Long Island so much that I decided to also share a spring trip. In Spring my friend and I dug up her front yard, transplanted all the bushes, plants, and even a small tree, and installed new native landscaping.

Re-Renewing Your Spirit: Short Version

I wrote a new article just for you called Re-Renewing Your Spirit, it’s about getting back on the wellness path after falling off.  Resiliency and adaptability are the two most important make or break skills to have, and I want you to have more and better tools to hone those skills.  There’s always going to be something in the external world to push us off the path towards wellness and spiritual renewal, that’s why it’s so important to focus on learning how to get yourself back on track.
